If your appointment is incorrect or incomplete I may not have time to complete your service as desired. ‣When you arrive, please remain in your car or in the lobby and send me a text or instagram message to let me know you're here.  ‣Extra guests and/or children are not allowed.  ‣Pets are not allowed at any time unless they are service animals. ‣Please do not bring food to your appointment. Drinks are fine. ‣If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so either within the app or contact me through text or instagram. No call no shows will not be rescheduled. No shows and cancelations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged a 50% fee to the card on file. ‣No refunds after services are rendered. I stand by the quality of my work and will do my absolute best to accommodate your needs and meet your expectations, so if you are unsatisfied in any way please let me know before you pay and leave. ‣By booking an appointment, you are agreeing to the policies and procedures above and will be responsible for payment in full after services are rendered.
