‣Please make sure that you read each selection and book correctly. If your appointment is inaccurate I may not have time to complete your service as desired. ‣When you arrive, please remain in your car or in the lobby and send me a text or instagram message to let me know you're here. ‣Late arrivals will be given a 15 minute grace period after which we will need to cancel or reschedule your service. We may lose nail art time. ‣ I do not service minors ‣Children are not allowed ‣Pets are not allowed, only trained disability service dogs. ‣Please do not bring food to your appointment. Drinks are fine! ‣No shows and cancelations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged a 50% fee to the card on file. ‣No refunds after services are rendered. I stand by the quality of my work and will do my absolute best to accommodate your needs and meet your expectations, so if you are unsatisfied in any way please let me know before you pay and leave. ‣By booking an appointment, you are agreeing to the policies and procedures above and will be responsible for payment in full after services are rendered.
CANCELLATION POLICY
No-shows and appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will be charged a 50% cancelation fee to the card on file.
